QDS Bat Bag Installation System

Alfabs Mining Equipment have designed a QDS Pod specifically for the installation of Alfabs Bat Bags.

The Pod is a fully certified work platform fitted with E-Stops, self closing doors, emergency ladder, non slip floor, etc. The boxes of Bat Bags are loaded up against the QDS plate.

THIS SYSTEM CONSISTS OF US PROVIDING TO YOU:

QDS Bat Bag Box

  • A tested, certified and approved bag, collar and hook. Filled, assembled, ready to install.
     
  • Bat Bags packed into wooden returnable crates or disposable cardboard cartons (both palletised) in numbers of 150 to170 to suit your barrier configuration.
     
  • A fully certified QDS bat bag pod for the transportation and erection of bat bag barrier components.
     
  • Delivery / exchange of empty wooden crates as required.
     
  • One flat rate price per bag, which includes all of the above – no need to raise multiple order numbers!
