QCPA Dump Hopper

Client: Monadelphous.
Fabrication of a 330 tonne dump hopper. Trialed assembled, tiled, painted and delivered.

Alfabs were awarded fabrication of the 300 tonne dump hopper, the largest of its kind at that time.

The hopper was in 12 sections and all units were trialed and test fitted to each mating member. The hopper was then moved into the yard for tiling and then painted before shipping to site.
